This presentation was held September 10, 2014 from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and provided an overview of the Census Bureau’s economic data for California, focusing on the largest economic program Census conducts, the Economic Census. An update on which reports have already been released (and which are coming soon) was provided, with highlights of the important industry, geographic, and other changes that will impact data users. This presentation profiled the Census Bureau’s business.census.gov web site, a valuable resource for businesses, chambers of commerce, and economic development staff.
