The Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) will hold a public hearing to review Amendment #10 to the 2021-2024 Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Program (MTIP) at the Transportation Committee Meeting at 10 a.m. on October 7, 2021. The MTIP is the short-range transportation program for the SACOG region, which includes the counties of Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo, Yuba, and portions of El Dorado and Placer County. In accordance with Assembly Bill 361, this hearing will be held online only and will be open to public participation online only. To provide comment during the public hearing, you may do so two ways:

1. During the hearing, please use the “Raise Hand” feature in Zoom.  The Transportation Committee Chair will call on you to speak.  Comments are limited to 3:00 minutes for each speaker.

2.  In advance of the hearing, for written comment, please contact the Clerk to the Transportation Committee by email ( Or, you may provide a written comment on SACOG’s website at (click on the orange speech bubble next to the agenda meeting items and follow the prompts on the screen).  The Clerk will read your comment at the Transportation Committee meeting during the Public Hearing.  Comments will be limited to 250 words and must be received by 9:00 a.m. on October 7, 2021.
