Is your Urban Greening Grant project building up the region’s active transportation network or creating new park space? If so, contact SACOG about our technical assistance program.

Your project’s contribution to a safe and convenient network that supports more trips by biking and walking will help the region meet transportation goals. SACOG can provide letters of support and review your draft Urban Greening application from the perspective of how the active transportation infrastructure investment will contribute towards a possible reduction in vehicle miles traveled.

To submit a draft application for review:

• Email Victoria Cacciatore your draft application materials by Thursday, April 20th.
• Application comments will be returned by close of business Tuesday, April 25th (or sooner, if possible).

To request a letter of support:

• Email Victoria Cacciatore to coordinate by Friday, April 21st with information about the proposed project scope that will increase the active transportation network.
