The California Transportation Commission requires project sponsors to submit a copy of each State ATP application to the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and Regional Transportation Planning Agency (RTPA) for the project area. SACOG is the MPO for El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba counties, and the RTPA for Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba counties.

Send electronic copies of your State ATP applications to Victoria Cacciatore. Emailed PDFs, file-sharing sites, or flash drives are all acceptable. Please do not send hard copies of the State ATP applications.
