Consistent with California Government Code Section 54953, an
online meeting of the Policy & Innovation Committee will be
held exclusively via teleconference in light of COVID-19 and the
state of emergency proclamation and state and local recommended
measures for social distancing. Members of the public are invited

Public Comment:
Public comment will be taken on the item at the time that it is
taken up by the committee. To make a public comment, you can do

meeting will be limited to 250 words. Comments will be
accepted through the public comment period and individual agenda
discussion items during the meeting.
2. Written comment online: access SACOG’s website (www.sacog.org/agendas-0) and complete a public
comment form. Comments read at the meeting will be limited

Reports, respectively. The ACFR reports
on the financial position of SACOG,
including several transit funds managed
by SACOG, for the fiscal year ending June
30, 2021. We are recommending the board
review and accept the ACFR and related
audits.
