Findings of Apportionment for Fiscal Year

Each year, auditor-controllers of
Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba
counties provide local transportation
sales tax revenue estimates to SACOG.
SACOG staff uses these revenue estimates
to calculate proposed funding allocations
to each city, county, and transit agency
within the four-county region.

Allocation for Fiscal Year 2023-2024

Each year the California State Controller
publishes estimates of sales revenues for
the State Transit Assistance (STA) fund.
SACOG staff use these revenue estimates
to calculate proposed funding allocations
to each city, county, and transit agency,
which are then approved by the SACOG

estimates of sales revenues for the State
of Good Repair (SGR) fund. SACOG staff
uses the revenue estimates to calculate
funding allocations for each local
transit agency.

Allocations for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 for
Sacramento County (Est. Time: 0 minutes)
SACOG staff has reviewed the updated
sales tax revenue forecasts for
Sacramento County during Fiscal Year (FY)
2022-2023 and calculated revised Local
Transportation Fund (LTF) allocations to
be made available to the jurisdictions
within the county.
