  • City of Sacramento & Mutual Assistance Network + CLTR + Greater Sacramento Urban League awarded $500,000 for North Sacramento Forward Together.
  • Sacramento County & Mutual Assistance Network awarded $415,000 for Engage and Empower North Highlands/Foothill Farms.
  • Yolo County & Rise Inc. with Health Education Council awarded $277,619 for Engaging Yolo County Youth, Children, and Families.
  • El Dorado County + El Dorado Community Foundation awarded $250,000 for El Dorado County Housing Assessment and Taskforce Outreach.
