City of Placerville
Placerville Drive Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities
Recommended: $1,220,000
On Placerville Drive from Green Valley Road to Cold Springs Road, and on Green Valley Road from Mallard Lane to Placerville Drive in the City of Placerville: Complete design and right of way phases for Class IV separated bikeways, Class II bike lanes, sidewalks, crosswalk improvements, ADA curb ramps, and transit stop improvements.

American River Bridge Shared-Use Path
REcomMended: $2,700,000
Adjacent to the American River Bridge along State Route 51 in Sacramento County over the American River (post mile 2.3 to 2.9): Construct a Class I shared-use trail as part of the American River Bridge Deck Replacement.
City of Elk Grove
Laguna Creek Inter-Regional Trail Crossing at State Route 99
Recommended: $504,000
Laguna Creek and State Route 99, between Sheldon Road and Bond Rd./Laguna Blvd., Elk Grove, CA: Complete PAED for Class 1 Bikeway/Pedestrian overcrossing of State Route 99 at Laguna Creek.

Garden Avenue Safe Route to School Project
Recommended: $2,320,000
Garden Avenue between Riverside Drive and Feather River Boulevard in the unincorporated community of West Linda in Yuba County: Construct sidewalks, bike lanes, ADA ramps, striping, signage, traffic control devices, storm drains, crosswalks, curbs, and gutters.

Sycamore Trail, Phase 3
Recommended: $2,500,000
Along the Lower Northwest Interceptor (LWNI) easement at Westmore Oaks Elementary School to the intersection of Park Blvd and Stone Blvd in the City of West Sacramento: Construct a Class 1 multi-use trail extension.

Old Auburn Road Complete Streets – Phase I
Recommended: $2,115,000
Old Auburn Road from Garry Oak Drive (east of Fair Oaks Blvd) to Tiara Way (west of Sunrise Blvd) in the City of Citrus Heights: Complete PS&E, Environmental, and ROW phases for complete street improvements including a road diet, class IV separated bike lanes, sidewalks, landscaping, and pedestrian crossing enhancements.

SR-128/I-505 Overcrossing (Br. 22-0110)/Russell Blvd Bicycle and Pedestrian Improvements
Recommended: $414,000 (partial)
On Grant Ave/SR128 from Matsumoto Lane over Interstate 505 (SR 128-505 Sep. Br. 22-0110) then easterly on Russell Blvd/CR32 to Shams Way, a residential street in El Rio Villa/Yolo County: Complete PAED phase to modify interchange ramps for bicycle and pedestrian improvements, widen bridge overcrossing for wider sidewalks and Class II bike lanes.
