Approval of virtual meetings following expiration of Executive Order No. N-25-20 and passage of Assembly Bill 361.

Approval of the written record of the August 7, 2023, committee meeting.

Approve GIS Software Licensing Agreement with ESRI, Inc. (Est. Time: 0 minutes)

Approval of a three-year GIS software licensing agreement.

4. 

Approve Revised State of Good Repair Fund Allocation for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 (Est. Time: 0 minutes)

Each year in August, the State Controller publishes revised estimates of sales revenues for the State of Good Repair (SGR) fund. SACOG staff uses the revised revenue estimates to calculate funding allocations for each local transit agency.

Approve Revised State Transit Assistance Fund Allocation for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 (Est. Time: 0 minutes)

Each year in August, the California State Controller publishes revised estimates of sales revenues for the State Transit Assistance (STA) fund. SACOG staff use the revised revenue estimates to calculate proposed funding allocations to each city, county, and transit agency, which are then approved by the SACOG Board of Directors.

Approve Administrative Corrections for Local Transportation Fund Findings of Apportionment for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 (Est. Time: 0 minutes)

SACOG staff has made minor updates to the allocation formulas to correct very minor discrepancies for each county and corrected the fiscal year (FY) from FY 2022-2023 to FY 2023-2024. The administrative corrections do not change sales revenues estimates submitted by County Auditor-Controllers in Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo, and Yuba at the beginning of the year.
