Applying to the Regional ATP
The Regional ATP application uses many of the same questions as what the State ATP application uses to streamline application writing. The Regional ATP also includes questions that are not in the State ATP application to reflect regional planning efforts and priorities (see Regional ATP Policy Framework).
While the Regional ATP application uses questions and resources from the State ATP application, project sponsors can submit a project or program to compete for Regional ATP funding that was not submitted to compete for State ATP funding. The project sponsor would need to complete Part A of the State ATP application (available here) and submit it as a PDF with their Regional ATP application. The State and Regional ATP calendar is available here.
The Regional ATP application uses data inputs from the Project Performance Assessment tool. Instructions are included in the Regional ATP application and on the Project Performance Assessment tool webpage. Additional resources will be made available online in the coming weeks.
