The 2025 Blueprint is a regional strategy to build a connected region that includes transportation options for residents, affordable housing for the region’s growing population, and equitable investments that give all community members access to a safe and healthy region. Learn more.
What can I expect at the Open House?
Attendees will learn about how outreach efforts informed the draft Plan, explore what’s in the draft Plan, including policies and actions for implementation, and have an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on draft Plan policies.

*In-Person Open House Raffle: How to Enter - Entry Method #1: Participants will receive one (1) free prize drawing entry upon completing the sign-in sheet at the in-person open house. Only one entry per person. Entry Method #2: An individual will be eligible to enter the Prize Drawing by delivering a postcard to SACOG with their name, address, phone number, and e-mail address on it and a note indicating the desire to be entered into the Blueprint Open House Prize Drawing. Materials under Entry Method #2 must be postmarked or delivered in person by 4:00 p.m. PST, June 14, 2025 to SACOG, Attn: 2025 Blueprint Prize Drawing, 1415 L Street, Suite 300, Sacramento, California 95814. Upon receipt of these materials, the individual will be automatically entered into the Blueprint Prize Drawing. Limit one entry per person. See full prize eligibility rules here.
