Description: While traveling up Interstate 80, Placer County Transportation Planning Agency Executive Director Celia McAdam gave an overview of the many transportation projects underway in the county. The largest projects are carpool and auxiliary lanes on Interstate 80, and the Lincoln Bypass. Both projects have benefited from a more competitive construction market and infrastructure funding from Proposition 1B of 2006.
