Troy Givans

Troy Givans is a principal planner with the Sacramento County Department of Economic Development and Intergovernmental Affairs. He has extensive background in land-use planning and economic development, working on some of the region's most challenging projects in both urban and rural areas.
The Department of Economic Development and Intergovernmental Affairs, in coordination with the Sacramento County Planning Department, is currently developing policy guidelines for agritourism in the county and is looking at a phased approach to implementation.
