Persimmon Cafe
Persimmon Cafe's mission is to connect the people of Lincoln with the agriculture and open space that surrounds them.
Persimmon Cafe offers fresh made-from-scratch meals. Items on the menu are made from in-season locally grown produce and meats; many of their ingredients are purchased from neighboring farmers at the Friday morning Farmers' Market in the Persimmon Cafe parking lot.
In addition to meals of local beef and grass-fed lamb, Chef Laura Caballero prepares handmade cookies and pies fea-turing local in-season fruits and berries.
