Mark Quisenberry is the Agricultural Commissioner, Sealer of Weights and Measures, and Director of Underground Storage Tanks for the County of Sutter. He began his county government career with the Riverside County Agricultural Commissioners office during the controversial 1980 multi-county Mediterranean fruit fly outbreak. He progressed through the management ranks with Riverside County and was appointed by the Sutter County Board of Supervisors to his current position in 1995.

Quisenberry is a graduate of UC Davis with a degree in Agricultural Science and Management. His community service is extensive. He serves in many capacities with the (Yuba City) Early Risers Kiwanis Club, as past-president of the Yuba-Sutter United Way, as a community leader with the Sutter Buttes 4-H Club, as an Ag Advisory Committee member for the Sutter High School FFA Chapter, as a volunteer with the Yuba-Sutter Fair Junior Livestock Committee, and as an advocate teaching youth about agriculture through the "Ag in the Classroom" program. He is a recent graduate from the California Agricultural Leadership Program, Class 36, and is currently the Executive Secretary for his statewide Agricultural Commissioners and Sealers Association.

Quisenberry has been married to his wife Janellen since 1982 and has two daughters, Megan, a student at Sonoma State University, and Molly, a student at California State University, Chico.
