Laurel Brent-Bumb is the CEO of the El Dorado County Chamber of Commerce. Prior to working for the chamber, she spent the majority of her professional life in the real estate industry, first as an agent, then as a lender, and ending with 12 years in the title and escrow business.

While working in the title and escrow business, Brent-Bumb became very involved as a volunteer leader in the Folsom Chamber of Commerce. Her involvement with that chamber led her to her current position, where she has been for the past eight years.

Brent-Bumb promotes economic development throughout the County from El Dorado Hills to South Lake Tahoe, and serves as the watchdog for business in El Dorado. She lives in Coloma with her husband Jim.
