Harold Anderson was first elected to the Winters City Council in June 1994. He has served on the council continuously since then including two terms as mayor. He has been a SACOG Board member since 2005, and sits on the Land Use and Housing Committee. Anderson is an Attorney-at-Law practicing in Winters.
