Curt Haven is the economic development and neighborhood services director for the city of Rancho Cordova. He plans economic strategies, oversees redevelopment, and is the liaison to neighborhood associations for the city.

Haven is a member of California Economic Development, Metro and Rancho Cordova chambers of commerce, Sacramento Area Commerce and Trade Organization, California Redevelopment Association, International City Managers Association, and the Cordova Community Council.

Haven and his staff serve as facilitators and educators on behalf of the city, providing investors and interested parties with the resources needed to complete complex transactions and projects in the newly established city. The team often partners with local agencies and other city departments to successfully navigate the revitalization and expansion of the city of Rancho Cordova. Priority projects include: the revitalization of Folsom Boulevard, business retention, and creation of new community amenities.
