Rural Urban Connections Strategy (RUCS) - Sacramento Region Infrastructure Cost and Fiscal Impacts Model Update and Integration
This work will start with an assessment of existing conditions for the rural parts of El Dorado, Placer, Sacramento, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba Counties. It will then update existing modeling tools to assess infrastructure and fiscal needs associated with various growth scenarios. Finally, recommendations for sustainable fiscal models will be offered.
