Presentation
The
presentation given by Mike McKeever is available in HTML and PDF format.
Because the files size for the PDF version is quite large we are making it
available several ways. You can view it with one slide per page, or six slides
per page.
If you have trouble viewing or downloading the presentation
you can order a PDF version on CD. If you would like to do this, please
