The Unincorporated Sacramento County - Fair Oaks Workshop was held on April 2, 2003 at the Fair Oaks Elementary School. There was one study area for the workshop. Participants were assigned to create one or two scenarios for the study area. One scenario used the smart growth principles and the other was an alternative scenario.
