Sacramento Region Blueprint Transportation/Land Use Study

The Citrus Heights Workshop was held on March 18, 2003 at the Citrus Heights City Hall with over 150 people in attendance.

There were two study areas for the workshop - Auburn Boulevard and Antelope Road.

Participants were assigned to one of two study areas and created one or two scenarios for their study area. One scenario used the smart growth principles and the other was an alternative scenario. Not all tables created two scenarios.

Below is a description of the study areas including a map, links to a detailed map and photos, a basecase map of the area and individual table results. The information is available in PDF format. You can either view individual table results or download all of the tables in one file. You can also order a copy of the results on CD free of charge.

Auburn Boulevard
The Auburn Boulevard site is 100 acres of mostly developed parcels at the north end of the boulevard near the I-80 freeway.
