- 2011 Imagery - US Geological Survey is planning a new process for the 2011 Imagery
Collection. Instead of supporting a regional contract, they are planning a direct contract
with a vendor for public domain 1-foot imagery for the urbanized area. Agencies who
want imagery outside the urbanized area or agencies wanting higher resolution will
have the opportunity "buy-up" the product for their own footprint.
